Job Description: Experienced MICC Professionals

We are currently seeking experienced MICC professionals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls and/or emails related to Adverse Events (AE), Product Quality Complaints (PQC), Medical Information (MI), and General Inquiries (GI).
  • Perform case intake, duplicate checks, and registration.
  • Conduct follow-up inquiries via phone and email, including translating inquiries if not in English.
  • Support the development of all required documents for the MICC.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an MICC role.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, dentistry, allied health sciences, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client communication and coordination.
