About the Role:
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at ICON, you will join the world’s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence. You will be part of an innovative environment, working in a partnership-driven culture, with opportunities to make a valuable contribution to saving lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of CRA duties, from site selection and initiation to routine monitoring visits and database lock.
Ensure the study site delivers high-quality data with low query levels and strong QA reports.
Support and mentor other team members.
Embedded within the client's study team and supported by a dedicated ICON line manager.
Oversee site management processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Pharm D/BDS/MBBS.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in onsite monitoring, specifically in Oncology (excluding training and induction).
Strong communication skills.
Location: Mumbai & Delhi.
