Job Title: SCM & Vendor Management Lead

Role Overview:

The SCM & Vendor Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing Distributor Management, Vendor Management, SCM Audits, and Record Management functions. This role involves maintaining distributor and vendor data, managing contracts, addressing queries, and ensuring timely execution of payments and audits. You will also lead efforts to improve supply chain processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Distributor Management + Annual KPI Governance

    • Ensure distributors are appointed according to the defined process and keep their master data audit-ready.
    • Conduct Annual KPI Governance meetings on time.
    • Maintain central repository for distributor contracts.
    • Address distributor queries and complaints within defined timelines.
  2. Vendor Management (FSCM)

    • Ensure all vendors are onboarded following internal due diligence (Aravo).
    • Renew vendor contracts on time and maintain accurate vendor data.
    • Ensure vendor bills are aligned with contractual obligations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely vendor payments.
    • Conduct Supplier Relationship Meetings with Procurement.
  3. SCM - Audit Lead (SAT & CAS)

    • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and review audits, providing guidance to ensure audits are completed on time.
    • Report audit findings and ensure adherence to compliance.
  4. SCM - Record Management Lead

    • Collaborate with the SCM team to ensure business records are stored and accessible throughout their retention period.
    • Conduct regular reviews to ensure the accuracy of records and control access permissions.
  5. MIS & Reporting

    • Create and share SCM dashboards with management monthly.
    • Support SCM projects and initiatives to streamline processes across supply chain functions.
    • Manage SCM operations as needed.
