Job Overview
This role focuses on Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) and IPDRG coding. You will analyze patient records, ensure accurate clinical documentation, and support healthcare data quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Documentation
Review patient records for accurate clinical documentation
Ensure completeness and compliance with coding standards
Coding & Analysis
Work on IPDRG classification and CDI processes
Analyze clinical data for coding accuracy and optimization
Healthcare Systems
Utilize health information systems for data management
Collaborate with clinical and coding teams
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IPDRG and CDI processes
Knowledge of clinical coding and patient care workflows
Good communication and analytical skills
Familiarity with healthcare information systems
Eligibility Criteria
1–10 years experience in IPDRG / CDI roles
Background in:
Nursing
Pharmacy
Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
AYUSH (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS)
