About the Role
We are seeking a Healthcare Analyst to join our Medtech Data team in Bengaluru.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on:
Data analysis & market research (primary and secondary)
Competitive analysis & forecasting
Custom consulting projects for medical devices & healthcare markets
At Clarivate, our Medtech Data team leverages real-world healthcare data and derives meaningful insights to help medical device companies make some of their most important business decisions.
About You – Experience, Education & Skills
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience handling large datasets using SQL / Python
B.E. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Medical Electronics, Pharmacy (preferred)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset – comfortable working with subject matter experts, product managers, sales leaders, technical experts, and analysts
Solution-oriented with a focus on timely execution
Preferred / Good to Have:
Understanding of Medtech data & healthcare domain
Exposure to Medtech or Claims/Pharmacy data
Experience working with data vendors
Proficiency in R/Python for data analysis
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer challenges and requirements
Build, manage, and mine multiple datasets for market modelling and analysis
Maintain Medtech product catalogs
Research novel device markets, analyzing competitors, applications, and segmentation
Evaluate data outputs, identify market trends, and correct potential data issues
Identify opportunities for new data analysis and experiments with focus on customer value
Collaborate with clients to provide data-driven insights for business decisions
Contribute to the evolution of products, data models, and usage strategies
