Role Overview

The Health Operations Senior Analyst will embed digital transformation into healthcare operations, delivering superior outcomes and enabling streamlined operations for the evolving healthcare landscape. This role focuses on Membership – Life Sciences Regulatory Operations, managing and supporting the organization’s membership base, coordinating global application filings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage membership processes including applications, renewals, cancellations, and member record maintenance.

  • Enhance member satisfaction and retention through excellent engagement and support.

  • Coordinate and process global regulatory applications, including:

    • Original filings

    • Life Cycle Management (LCM) submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc.

  • Analyze and solve complex operational problems, providing actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with peers, clients, and management to achieve operational excellence.

  • Oversee small teams or work efforts and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Adapt to rotational shifts as needed to support global operations.


Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Any Graduation

  • Experience: 2–5 years in health operations, life sciences regulatory operations, or related roles

  • Core Skills:

    • Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail

    • Effective verbal and written communication

    • Adaptability and teamwork

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    • Stakeholder engagement and client interaction
