About the Role

Accenture is hiring Health Operations New Associates to support key functions within life sciences regulatory operations and healthcare management. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who want to begin a career in healthcare operations, regulatory documentation, and digital process management.

The position focuses on operational excellence within provider networks, regulatory submission support, and documentation management across global healthcare markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end digital transformation activities within healthcare operations.

  • Contribute to day-to-day management of hospitals, clinics, outpatient centers, and healthcare facilities.

  • Assist with documentation and compilation of information required for global regulatory submissions.

  • Handle electronic submissions, including original application filings and Life Cycle Management updates such as CMC, advertising and promotional materials, amendments, annual reports, and SPL submissions.

  • Review provider and claims documentation for accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.

  • Resolve routine issues based on standard procedures and supervisor guidance.

  • Work within a team environment with well-defined tasks and detailed instructions.

  • Participate in rotational shifts based on business requirements.


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to validate provider or claims data.

  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

  • Ability to follow structured processes and work under close supervision.

  • Team-focused mindset with readiness to learn and adapt.


Experience Required

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, data processing, documentation, regulatory operations, or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates with the required skills are also eligible.


Eligibility

  • Any Graduation (except B.Tech / B.E as per job level requirement).

  • Strong interest in healthcare operations and regulatory workflows.
