Role Overview

As a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the safety monitoring and reporting of pharmaceutical products. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pharmacovigilance, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance through accurate collection, analysis, and communication of safety data.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the collection, review, and processing of adverse event (AE) data in compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and company SOPs.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of safety reports to global regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of safety information.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of pharmacovigilance documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safety Management Plans.

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your understanding of pharmacovigilance practices, global regulations, and data management systems.


Your Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles and regulatory frameworks (training provided).

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
