Job Summary

Sanofi is hiring a Global Stability Management Manager in Hyderabad to lead global stability programs that support the company’s robust R&D and manufacturing pipeline. This key leadership role will oversee strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and process optimization for drug stability testing. Ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in pharmaceutical quality systems, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the global stability management function

  • Supervise day-to-day stability operations and ensure regulatory and operational compliance

  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and methodologies

  • Coach and mentor team members while managing performance and development

  • Act as the communication bridge with the global hub leadership team

  • Ensure alignment with global quality standards and documentation protocols

  • Oversee preparation, review, and approval of stability management reports

  • Deliver high-quality services to internal stakeholders and manufacturing sites

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective qualification activities


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in stability management or qualification in pharma/biotech

  • Proven leadership capabilities and team management experience

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with pharmaceutical quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat)

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields

  • Advanced degrees (e.g., PhD) preferred

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of French is a plus

  • Flexible, agile thinker with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
