Job Summary

The Global Project Lead – Adobe Target role focuses on driving digital optimisation and personalisation initiatives for global congress platforms using Adobe Experience Cloud tools. The position is responsible for enhancing user engagement, conducting A/B testing, managing congress-specific journeys, analysing performance data, and supporting optimisation strategies across global medical affairs congress activities.

The role requires strong expertise in Adobe Target, analytics, stakeholder management, experimentation, and customer journey optimisation within a global organisation.


Key Responsibilities

1. Congress Journey Management

  • Execute all Congress Hub-related digital journeys for global congresses.

  • Create and deploy congress-specific personalised experiences using:

    • Adobe Experience Cloud

    • Adobe Target

  • Ensure smooth execution of live congress experiences and digital engagement activities.


2. Website Optimisation & Personalisation

  • Conduct:

    • A/B testing

    • Website optimisation

    • User segmentation

    • Personalisation initiatives

  • Improve:

    • Visitor engagement

    • User experience

    • Commercial value of the Congress Hub

  • Develop and validate optimisation hypotheses to support business goals.


3. Adobe Target & Analytics Management

  • Use Adobe Target to:

    • Build activities

    • Validate implementations

    • Conduct QA testing

    • Monitor optimisation initiatives

  • Work with:

    • Adobe Analytics dashboards

    • Data layers

    • AEM-related analytics integrations

  • Establish reporting frameworks to measure optimisation impact and campaign performance.


4. Stakeholder & Escalation Management

  • Act as Adobe Target/Optimizely gatekeeper during live congress events.

  • Handle:

    • Congress-specific requests

    • Escalations

    • Troubleshooting support

  • Communicate optimisation progress and insights to international stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships across global teams and business functions.


5. Strategic Optimisation & Roadmap Development

  • Develop and maintain a global optimisation roadmap.

  • Prioritise optimisation activities based on:

    • Business strategy

    • User insights

    • Data-driven recommendations

  • Recommend strategies based on analytics and behavioural insights.


Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field


Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Experience in:

    • Website optimisation

    • Digital personalisation

    • Analytics-driven decision making

    • Global digital platforms

  • Hands-on expertise in:

  • Lead generation and congress visibility strategies

The department works in close collaboration with Global Medical Affairs teams to deliver evidence-based scientific communication to the global healthcare community.
