Global HRIS Integration Specialist – Pune

Overview:
The Global HRIS Integration Specialist will report to the Global HRIS Integration Lead and will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations for HR applications, ensuring seamless data movement between various systems and vendors. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying new integration solutions, as well as monitoring and resolving issues with existing integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Global HRIS Integration Lead in developing and maintaining HR-related integrations using Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud.

  • Gather requirements to build or modify integrations and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot existing integrations, resolving incidents and service requests.

  • Assist in defining project scope and estimates for development work.

  • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM upgrades by assessing their impact on integrations and reports.

  • Establish and maintain integration standards and protocols.

  • Propose and document architectural concepts and industry trends, providing recommendations to senior management.

  • Stay updated with Oracle and vendor product enhancements and assess their impact on integrations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform and Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.

  • 5+ years of experience in automating end-to-end integration orchestrations for Oracle HCM Cloud and other HR applications.

  • Proficiency in REST, XML, JSON, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, XSLT, and Technology Adapters.

  • Experience with data loading using HDL and HSDL.

  • Expertise in developing reports using BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and OTBI.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and application toolkits (flex fields, lookups, value sets, ESS, etc.).

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM table structures.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
