Job Description:
Sitero is seeking a proven leader to expand and manage its global Biosafety and IRB service offerings. Working collaboratively with Sitero leadership, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Commercial teams, the Global Head of Research Compliance will drive cross-functional success in Biosafety consulting and training, IRB services and consulting, DSMB services, SCRO services, and IACUC services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for research, compliance innovation, and a strong commercial and operational acumen.
Job Overview and Responsibilities:
Develop the global go-to-market strategy for Research Compliance services including Biosafety, IBC, IRB, DSMB, SCRO, and IACUC.
Act as a subject matter expert in Research Compliance.
Lead the service delivery and ensure regulatory compliance for all associated compliance services.
Drive and execute commercial strategies to grow the Research Compliance unit.
Manage budgets for the Research Compliance unit.
Track, analyze, and present key performance metrics to leadership.
Expand the Research Compliance team and capabilities in line with business growth.
Develop and optimize the operational infrastructure for external service delivery using available technologies.
Represent Sitero as a thought leader through white papers, advisory boards, webinars, and industry events.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
Master’s degree or higher in a science-related field is mandatory.
10+ years of experience in Institutional Review Board (IRB) operations is essential.
Proven entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Team-oriented with a proactive and accountable approach.
Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Salesforce proficiency and experience in lead generation, pipelining, and business development strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and trade shows.

Standard: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break
