Provide strategic direction for the global environmental monitoring team.
Align activities with corporate goals and evolving regulatory requirements.
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate monitoring activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within environmental monitoring processes and methodologies.
Team Development
Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and foster professional growth.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as liaison between environmental monitoring and global hub leadership teams.
Ensure alignment with global quality standards and documentation requirements.
Deliver high-quality service to internal customers, addressing their needs effectively.
Quality & Compliance
Oversee preparation, review, and approval of environmental monitoring reports.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with global standards.
Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders for smooth execution of qualification activities.
About You
Experience:
8+ years of professional experience in qualification, environmental monitoring, or related fields.
Proven track record of leadership in a regulated environment.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams.
Agile thinker and fast learner, adaptable to complex, dynamic environments.
Attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.
Technical Skills:
Experience with quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat).
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced degree (e.g., PhD) preferred.
Languages:
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
French or other languages are a plus.
