Nonclinical Genotoxicity Expertise: Provide expertise for CHC drugs and marketed products, representing the nonclinical genotoxicity function in multi-functional Genotoxicity Project teams.
Data Selection & Analysis: Identify, select, and analyze genotoxicity and safety data for CHC drugs to evaluate their genotoxic potential.
Study Identification: Search for and identify studies (mainly genotoxicity and carcinogenicity) in internal and external databases, and validate results to support classification.
Data Gap Identification: Identify data gaps and verify study validity.
Weight of Evidence: Analyze data from genotoxicity studies, structure-activity relationships, clinical trial data, and labeling data to generate weight of evidence and support internal documentation.
Additional Studies: Recommend, subcontract, and supervise additional genotoxicity studies.
Safety Assessments: Generate concise genotoxicity safety assessments for internal documentation and labeling purposes.
