Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive market research strategies to support business growth.
Analyze pharmaceutical market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, R&D, and corporate strategy.
Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to guide senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharma) is mandatory.
MBA with specialization in Marketing or related fields preferred.
15–25 years of relevant experience in market research within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis software.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
