Job Title: Global Talent Management Specialist
Location: Fortrea (Global Operations)

The Global Talent Management team plays a pivotal role in the success of the organization, driving key processes such as performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. As a collaborative and fast-paced team, we value continuous learning and improvement, and we're seeking a Global Talent Management Specialist to support and drive success in talent management initiatives.

Position Overview:
As a Global Talent Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various talent management processes and programs. You will ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage talent management projects such as employee engagement surveys, succession planning, performance management, and employee assessments.
  • Project Plans & Timelines: Develop and maintain multiple project plans and timelines, ensuring timely and on-budget completion of tasks.
  • Process Organization: Document talent management processes and lessons learned for ongoing improvement and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to ensure program needs are met.
  • Team Support: Facilitate team communication by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
  • Training & Presentations: Develop training materials, presentations, and communications with guidance from the Manager.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and taking notes to ensure effective follow-up.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience considered).
  • Professional working-level English.
  • Ability to independently manage project plans and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Global team experience.

Experience (Minimum Required):

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2+ years managing multiple medium to high complexity projects.
