About the Team
The Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is a centralized global resource organization based in India, designed to support:
Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions.
SGH acts as a strategic and functional partner for Medical, HEVA, and Commercial teams globally — delivering tactical excellence and global standardization.
Main Responsibilities
Overall Purpose
To lead the creation of high-impact HEVA (Health Economics & Value Assessment) communication deliverables — including manuscripts, posters, abstracts, and slide decks — that align with global HEVA strategy and demonstrate the value and evidence of Sanofi’s products.
🧩 Core Responsibilities
1️⃣ Content Creation & Strategy
Develop HEVA communications (e.g., manuscripts, posters, abstracts, study reports, and presentations) in line with global HEVA strategy.
Ensure alignment with Core Value Dossiers, US AMCP dossiers, and other value submissions.
Maintain Core Value Decks for key products — regularly updating HEVA evidence synthesis.
Innovate HEVA communications to strengthen access, reimbursement, and value demonstration.
2️⃣ Process Excellence
Manage end-to-end HEVA publication processes using Datavision and Matrix platforms.
Ensure strict adherence to publication SOPs, compliance standards, and HEVA processes.
Conduct publication needs analyses and implement annual publication plans.
Collaborate with regional vendors for deliverables and ensure quality control.
Utilize advanced training and communication tools for improved effectiveness.
Prepare comprehensive study reports (health economic endpoints, PROs, HCRU, psychometric analyses, etc.).
3️⃣ People & Leadership
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, medical/scientific communities, and healthcare professionals.
Support and mentor junior and senior scientific writers.
Promote best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement in scientific writing quality.
4️⃣ Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Global and Local HEVA, RWE, COA, and Medical teams to identify publication needs.
Ensure that communication deliverables support evidence-based decision-making for payers and healthcare providers.
About You
🎓 Education:
Advanced degree in Health Economics, Pharmacy, Public Health, Epidemiology, Psychology, or a related life-science discipline.
💼 Experience:
8+ years of experience in HEOR / HEVA within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, consultancy, or academia.
Proven experience managing end-to-end publication processes and leading scientific communication projects.
🧠 Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of health economics, outcomes research, and value communication.
Familiarity with Datavision, Matrix, and medical publication standards.
Skilled in report writing, publication planning, and scientific content development.
💬 Soft Skills:
Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in teams.
🌍 Language:
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
