Job Title: Expert Content Writer – Learning Design & Development

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is seeking a highly skilled Expert Content Writer to join our Learning Design & Development team in Hyderabad. SBO is an internal Sanofi organization that centralizes processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CMO, R&D, Data & Digital functions, acting as a strategic partner for Medical, HEVA, and Commercial teams globally.
As an Expert Content Writer, you will design and develop scientifically rigorous and engaging learning content for diverse audiences, including internal teams, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in scientific content, instructional design, and adult learning principles to create impactful training programs aligned with Sanofi’s global learning objectives.
Content Development & Learning Design
Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including eLearning modules, workshops, assessments, and training manuals.
Interpret complex scientific data across various therapeutic areas and translate it into clear, engaging educational content.
Apply instructional design methodologies and advanced learning tools to maximize knowledge retention and engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure all content meets scientific accuracy, therapeutic relevance, and organizational objectives.
Partner with vendor teams where applicable to deliver high-quality content on schedule.
Process & Performance Management
Manage the end-to-end content development process, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and stakeholder expectations.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, refining content as needed.
Share knowledge and best practices with junior writers or team members to elevate content quality and efficiency.
Experience:
6–9 years of experience in content creation within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or academic sector.
Education:
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical, or related discipline.
Technical & Domain Skills:
Deep understanding of scientific content and therapeutic areas.
Expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences while maintaining accuracy.
Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global, cross-functional team.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of learning content.
Languages:
Excellent spoken and written English.
