Job Summary
Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd. is hiring an Executive – Business Development to support lead generation, client engagement, feasibility coordination, and sales operations within the clinical research and BA/BE study domain.

The role requires a proactive professional with experience in CRO business development, pharmaceutical services marketing, and client relationship management. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and maintain strong sponsor relationships in the global clinical research market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Expansion

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, industry networking, and targeted outreach.

  • Explore opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, and generic drug companies for clinical research and BA/BE services.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on clinical research industry trends.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide customized solutions.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, proposals, and quotations.

Sales Presentations & Proposal Support

  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations for potential and existing sponsors.

  • Support proposal development and feasibility assessments for BA/BE studies and clinical trials.

  • Coordinate feasibility discussions with technical and operational teams and maintain tracking systems.

CRM & Sales Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client records and opportunity tracking within the CRM system.

  • Monitor sales pipeline and provide periodic performance and forecasting reports to management.

  • Track key performance metrics and support strategic sales planning initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Business Development (BD), marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Facilitate smooth handover of confirmed projects to operations teams.

Educational Qualification

  • M.Pharm or B.Pharm from a recognized institution.

Experience Required

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or clinical research environment.

  • Experience in BA/BE studies, clinical trials feasibility, or regulatory service sales will be an added advantage.
