Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment for medical and sales roles within the Deployment Solutions business unit. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source passive talent and build pipelines for medical and sales professionals.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure effective candidate assessment.

  • Manage recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiations and pre-hire onboarding.

  • Conduct interviews and assess cultural fit.

  • Maintain candidate and manager communication throughout hiring process.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment strategies.

  • Promote a positive candidate experience and build stakeholder relationships.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years in high-volume recruitment of medical/sales professionals

    • Prefer experience in pharma, med device, or life sciences industries

    • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills

    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ultimate HR preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills

    • Self-driven, flexible, and able to prioritize multiple tasks

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite


Additional Information:

  • Up to 10% travel may be required

  • Full-time hours: 40 per week, Monday–Friday
