Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as the strategic liaison between HR and business units. This role is responsible for the delivery of key HR functions, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, L&D coordination, talent development, and compliance, while ensuring high employee engagement and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as single point of contact for HR within assigned business units.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure quality and timely hiring.

  • Oversee full employee lifecycle HR functions – onboarding, compensation, engagement, retention.

  • Monitor employee sentiment and engagement; implement solutions proactively.

  • Coordinate with L&D for talent and managerial development.

  • Design and administer reward programs and career development pathways.

  • Partner with global and regional HR teams for consistency and innovation.

  • Track HR metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

  • Promote DEI, fairness in compensation, and transparent communication.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, HR, or related field

  • Experience:

    • 3–8 years in HR Business Partner or similar roles

    • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels

    • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism

    • Demonstrated self-motivation and independent decision-making

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
