Duke Health, a leader in medical education, research, and patient care, is seeking Clinician/Educators and Clinical Associates to join the Division of Medical Oncology within the Duke Cancer Institute. This position will be based at the Duke Raleigh campus and Wake County community settings, offering opportunities in several solid tumor programs.

Position: Clinician/Educator (90-100% clinical; 0-10% academic)
Location: Duke Raleigh Hospital, Raleigh, NC

clinical-requirements

  • Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology required.
  • Faculty appointment: Regular rank appointment (Assistant Professor) or Non-regular rank appointment (Clinical Associate).
  • Disease focus: Genitourinary (GU) Malignancies, with the ability to consult on all solid tumors and hematology (benign and malignant).

  • Outpatient Clinic and Infusion Services coverage at Duke Raleigh Cancer Center or Duke Cary Cancer Center.
  • Inpatient Consultation on Hematology/Oncology Service (staffed by Hospitalists).

  • Clinical Research.
  • Education: Teaching fellows in the outpatient setting.
