Job Opportunity: Documentation Coordinator at SPECTRAFORCE


Position: Documentation Coordinator

Location: Onsite, between 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with potential OT based on business needs)

Starting Pay: $21.00/hr

Responsibilities:

  • ERP System Management:

    • Create PI sheets in the ERP system.
    • Obtain serological test results via email, fax, and tissue portal.
    • Verify and cross-reference TRP paperwork and labels against the ERP system and RFID label.
    • Enter serological results and final dispositions into the ERP system, ensuring compliance with procedures, state and FDA regulations, and AATB standards.
    • Perform verification of serological test results.
  • Documentation and Compliance:

    • Interpret results and document Medical Director acceptability and deferral.
    • Assess donor charts and ERP system for final grade verification.
    • Provide metric tracking for Medical Director deferrals and microbiological rejections.
    • Collaborate with QCPR and TR.
  • Support and Coordination:

    • Assemble detailed and complete donor files.
    • Perform data entry, ERP transactions, document reconciliation, and maintain the Tissue Services Portal.
    • Provide team support as necessary.

Education and Experience:

  • High school graduate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the GMP industry.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the medical/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry and medical terminology.
