Job Opportunity: Documentation Coordinator at SPECTRAFORCE®


Job Title: Documentation Coordinator
Contract Length: 6 months
Location/Site: Branchburg, NJ 08853
Minimum Pay Rate: $20/hr (Negotiable)


Job Description:

The Documentation Coordinator is responsible for managing all Branchburg Quality Records, including production donor, batch, and medical device records. Key responsibilities include:

  • Records Management:

    • Maintain and file quality records.
    • Prepare, process, and sustain storage of in-house and offsite records.
    • Support the creation of electronic files of records.
    • Maintain the file room.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination:

    • Interact with departments such as Production, Tissue Services, and Quality Control.
    • Complete request orders for files, charts, and documents.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • At least one year of experience in an office environment (filing, scanning, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
