Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our ICC Bengaluru team, specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud, EINSTEIN, and Agentforce (GenAI) technologies. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning, generative AI, and Salesforce platforms to build AI-driven solutions, support platform onboarding, and enable data-driven decision-making across commercial and medical functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using GPT, LLaMA, Gemini, OpenAI, and custom LLMs.
Design, fine-tune, and optimize domain-specific AI models and create effective prompts for high accuracy.
Build APIs, microservices, and integrate AI models into production environments.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions.
Ensure AI governance, bias detection, and responsible AI practices are applied in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Act as technical developer for building agentic UI experiences for commercial and medical users.
Work on Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce platforms, providing technical expertise and best practices.
Participate in backlog planning, clarify technical details, and provide input on design and development.
Document technical specifications and promote reusability of features across business functions.
Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, NLP, and multimodal technologies relevant to healthcare.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX development (React.js, HTML, CSS) and AI/ML solutions.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, EINSTEIN, and Agentforce platforms.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and API/microservices development.
Strong understanding of UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI, Semantic UI).
Experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban project execution.
Excellent communication, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
Pharma domain experience and understanding of AI application in healthcare preferred.
