About the Role

Innodata India is hiring Data Annotation Analysts to support the development and training of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models. This role involves reviewing, labeling, tagging, and validating diverse data sets while strictly following quality and confidentiality standards.

The position is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals seeking long-term opportunities in AI, data analytics, and digital services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review, annotate, and label text, image, audio, or video data for AI model training

  • Perform content evaluation and classification as per project guidelines

  • Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail

  • Handle sensitive or NSFW content responsibly while following compliance protocols

  • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks in a remote working environment

  • Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times


Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or higher qualification (pursuing candidates are not eligible)

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience may apply

  • Strong written English communication skills

  • Comfortable reviewing sensitive or explicit content

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must have a private, distraction-free workspace for remote work
