Job Summary:
The Data Analyst II supports strategic decision-making by analyzing complex datasets to improve project team efficiency and business outcomes. This role involves building dashboards, advising on best practices, maintaining performance data, and supporting business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Solve open-ended analytical problems independently.
Design and analyze tests/experiments.
Maintain thorough documentation of data processes and projects.
Build, maintain, and enhance performance dashboards with customer-centric feedback.
Advise stakeholders on best data practices and ensure data accessibility.
Mentor junior team members.
Coordinate and support site advocacy group meetings, including scheduling and documentation.
Create capabilities decks and marketing materials based on Power BI data.
Track business development activities including RFP success rates, regulatory approvals, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee and track product approvals throughout the lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Advanced SQL and Excel (including Power Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with A/B testing and statistical experimentation.
Experience delivering insights in PowerPoint.
Experience building dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Knowledge of clinical decision support systems and healthcare workflows.
Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and ETL pipelines for big data processing.
