Job Overview
The Customer Service Associate – Voice Process role is an entry-level opportunity within healthcare operations, focusing on Utilization Management. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions and resolve routine queries related to healthcare services and insurance processes

  • Support Utilization Management activities, including reviewing healthcare service requests for necessity and efficiency

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure accurate service delivery

  • Follow standard operating procedures and predefined guidelines for issue resolution
