### **About the Role**
The **Clinical Workflow Manager (CWM) - Bioprocessing** will focus on **integrating Cytiva’s technologies into clinical drug development**. This role involves **targeting new and early-stage molecules, securing specifications, and defending Cytiva platforms** in high-potential markets. You will work **remotely across APAC** and report to the **Global Growth and Sales Effectiveness Leader** as part of the **Bioprocess commercial organization**.
### **Your Responsibilities**
- Develop and expand **customer relationships** through **proactive prospecting** and **specification qualification**.
- Identify **target molecules** in **preclinical, Phase 1, and Phase 2** stages using a **workflow-centric approach**.
- Act as a **Process Development Subject Matter Expert (SME)**, providing technical insights both internally and externally.
- Define and **execute strategic workflow action plans** to **secure key specifications** and expand Cytiva’s presence.
- Collaborate with **Account Managers (AM), Sales Specialists (SS), and Field Application Specialists (FAS)** to address customer needs.
- Lead **Design-In projects** in **Salesforce (SFDC)** and drive cross-functional sales cycle collaboration.
- Analyze market trends, competitive threats, and customer feedback to shape **business strategies**.
- Identify **Gen2 Process Development (PD) opportunities**, protect **at-risk workflows**, and support **critical platform defense strategies**.
### **Who You Are**
#### **Required Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Business, Life Sciences, or a relevant field**.
- **3+ years** of **commercial/applications experience**, preferably in **biotechnology**.
- Strong knowledge of **upstream and downstream process development**.
- Proven **sales and prospecting skills**.
- Deep understanding of **process development workflows**.
