Role: Clinical Specialist Consultant (Marathi Speaking)
Job Summary:
The Clinical Specialist reviews psychiatric assessment scales administered by raters in clinical trials to ensure standardized, reliable data collection. Responsibilities include evaluating assessment quality, interacting with raters to discuss methodology and scoring, and guiding them as necessary. Additional duties may include functional assessments of rater performance and assisting with communications related to trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in all required orientation, training, and calibration activities.
Evaluate case data and prepare for rater discussions (review scale items, prepare relevant documents).
Conduct rater interactions and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
Ensure timely submission of all documentation related to assigned tasks.
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Education: Minimum Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work. MD, DO, or PhD preferred.
Clinical Experience:
Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured clinical interviews (Primary scales: YGTSS-R, TS-CGI-S, TS-CGI-C).
Minimum 3 years clinical experience with relevant psychiatric populations.
Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).
Preferred Experience: CNS (Central Nervous System) trials.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving.
Computer proficiency: Windows and Microsoft Office.
Language: Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Marathi.
Additional Information:
Live interaction with raters may be required for methodology guidance.
Functional assessments (e.g., mock interviews) may be part of responsibilities.
