Clinical Trial Manager – Remote | India | Syneos Health
Job Summary
Syneos Health is hiring a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) for a remote opportunity in India. This role focuses on managing Phase 1 clinical trials, ensuring execution in line with global regulatory and GCP requirements. Ideal for experienced professionals in clinical trial operations, this role offers the chance to work with a global leader responsible for 94% of novel FDA drug approvals over the last 5 years.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee development and execution of Phase 1 clinical trials.
Implement protocols in line with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regional regulatory standards.
Collaborate with principal investigators, sponsors, and internal teams.
Coordinate trial logistics: budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Track project milestones and deliverables; report study progress.
Prepare and present updates and analysis to stakeholders.
Provide mentorship to junior professionals in the clinical operations team.
Resolve operational challenges and ensure full documentation compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
3+ years of experience in clinical trial management.
8–10 years of overall industry experience.
Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulations.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in clinical trial software and Microsoft Office.
CCRP or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
