Job Title: Clinical Trial Liaison

Location: Australia (Home-Based)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide scientific and clinical support to investigators and site staff, ensuring a thorough understanding of study design and procedures to achieve clinical trial goals.

  • Function as a recruitment specialist, developing and optimizing strategies at site and study level to drive successful patient enrollment.

  • Engage on-site and at industry meetings/conferences to widen access for patients and execute strategies.

  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including medical & scientific leaders, advocates, and decision makers across the ecosystem.

  • Apply technical/scientific/clinical knowledge to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

  • Maintain fluency in local language(s) and medical terminology.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (M.D., PharmD, or PhD) required.

  • Experience in clinical research within Pharma, Biotech, or CRO in scientific and/or clinical operations preferred.

  • Broad scientific and medical knowledge with an understanding of clinical development.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively and independently.

  • Ability to travel up to ~75%.
