As a Clinical Trial Educator (CTE), you will play a critical role in supporting clinical research sites by educating healthcare professionals, optimizing patient recruitment, and facilitating community engagement in clinical trials.


Key Responsibilities

  • Educate healthcare providers and trial coordinators on clinical trial inclusion/exclusion criteria.

  • Conduct in-service presentations to promote and increase patient enrollment.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and field-based medical teams to optimize trial execution and recruitment plans.

  • Develop and maintain referral networks with physicians and support groups.

  • Engage with community stakeholders to promote awareness, diversity, and participation in clinical research.

  • Execute patient recruitment activities such as referral outreach, chart reviews, and data abstraction.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating activities across multiple teams.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum).

  • Clinical research experience.

  • Experience in community engagement and patient outreach.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent technology, administrative, and customer service skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays.

Preferred:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) certification.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Educator or in healthcare education.

  • Experience promoting diversity and inclusion in clinical trials.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $74,900 – $156,300 (annualized)

  • Actual pay determined by experience, education, location, and other relevant factors.

  • May include additional incentives, bonuses, and health & welfare benefits.
