Job Overview:

Position: Clinical Trial Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote (Anywhere in the US)
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
No Sponsorship Available


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all activities related to the study.
  • Submit study documentation to Trial Master File.
  • Manage and audit trial master files (TMF) and study documents.
  • Proactively identify risks and escalate to Project Manager and other appropriate functional leads.
  • Ensure transparent communication both internally and externally regarding study progress and issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical research experience.
  • Clinical Experience: Experience in neurology clinical trials.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrate an understanding of clinical procedures, laws, and regulations. Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Skills:
    • Early phase clinical trial experience.
    • Clear and effective communication.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize critical elements of success.
