Job Overview
Sun Pharma Laboratories Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support clinical research operations through effective documentation management, regulatory coordination, and administrative assistance. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in clinical research within a globally recognized pharmaceutical organization.
The Clinical Trial Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth trial execution by supporting study teams, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Administrative Support
Assist in maintaining essential clinical trial documentation, including study protocols, informed consent forms, case report forms, and clinical study reports.
Organize and manage electronic and paper-based trial master files (TMF), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
Provide administrative support to clinical study teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and coordinating internal and external communications.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
Support the preparation, compilation, and submission of regulatory documents to Ethics Committees (ECs) and regulatory authorities.
Assist in ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, applicable regulations, and internal standard operating procedures.
Site & Vendor Coordination
Assist in tracking site invoices and supporting the invoice generation and payment process.
Support vendor onboarding activities, including vendor code generation and maintenance of vendor records.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely follow-up on study-related activities.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biology, Chemistry, Public Health, or a related healthcare discipline.
Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research is preferred.
Experience
0 to 2 years of relevant experience in clinical research, clinical trial coordination, or a related support role.

Good written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
