Role Overview
The Clinical Specialist / Stroke Rater (Marathi Speaking) plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of clinical outcome assessments in stroke and CNS-focused clinical trials. This is a remote, part-time opportunity designed for experienced clinical professionals seeking flexible involvement in global research studies.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in rater orientation, training, and calibration sessions.
Review clinical case data and supporting documentation prior to rater interactions.
Conduct scheduled rater discussions and provide expert guidance on scoring methodologies and assessment tools.
Evaluate assessment quality to ensure consistency, protocol adherence, and data integrity.
Complete assigned documentation accurately and submit deliverables within defined timelines.
Support clear and effective communication across clinical research teams.
Education & Experience Requirements
Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent scientific discipline is required.
MD, DO, or PhD qualifications are preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience administering psychiatric or neurological assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews such as mRS and/or EQ-5D-5L.
3+ years of clinical experience working with psychiatric or neurological patient populations.
3+ years of experience administering assessment scales in clinical research trials (excluding academic training).
Prior experience in CNS or stroke clinical trials is an added advantage.
