Job Title: Clinical Services Manager

Job Summary

iRhythm Technologies is hiring a Clinical Services Manager to lead its Clinical Operations team in San Francisco. This is a full-time, hybrid role responsible for overseeing cardiac technician staff, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high-quality patient care standards. If you have leadership experience in clinical settings and a passion for cardiac care innovations, this role offers an excellent opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and staff performance of the cardiac technician team.

  • Oversee production, quality assurance, and operational efficiency for Clinical Services.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to meet departmental and budgetary goals.

  • Implement employee development plans, coaching, and corrective actions in partnership with HR.

  • Track and evaluate team metrics to drive process improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives.

  • Maintain compliance with state, federal regulations, and company policies.

  • Coordinate continuous staff education with clinical training teams.

  • Contribute to quality management and improvement programs.

  • Assist in processing patient reports and maintaining accurate production records.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in cardiac monitoring or clinical operations.

  • Proven skills in employee development, coaching, and quality assurance.

  • Expertise in EKG rhythms, arrhythmias, and cardiac monitoring tools.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
