🧠 About the Role

As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will work directly with healthy volunteer participants while learning to read and follow clinical research protocols. This is a full-time, office/clinic-based role offering exposure to a wide variety of Therapeutic Indications and study types, including:

  • Ascending dose studies

  • First-in-human trials

  • Food effect studies

  • Drug-to-drug interaction studies

You’ll collaborate with leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies at a vital stage of clinical development — assessing the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of new drugs.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize clinical knowledge, skills, and judgment to deliver high-quality research care

  • Perform vital sign measurements: BP, pulse, respiratory rate, temperature, weight

  • Conduct venipuncture and prepare accurate ECG/Holter recordings

  • Collect and process biological samples per protocol and ensure proper distribution

  • Monitor meals to ensure dietary compliance of participants

  • Assist with room preparation and medical equipment setup

  • Support screening procedures as needed

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient study environment

  • Perform other duties as assigned


🎓 Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Preferred Certifications: EMT, Phlebotomy, CMA, or CNA

  • Experience: 0–1 year related experience

  • Paramedics: Must be certified in Wisconsin
