Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA I) to join our dynamic and diverse research team at ICON plc. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations while collecting and analyzing vital data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all activities related to setting up and monitoring clinical studies, ensuring accurate study status reports and thorough maintenance of study documentation.
  • Efficiently manage sponsor-generated queries and take responsibility for study cost efficiency, including participation in the preparation and review of study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, clinical investigators, and site staff.
  • Ensure patient safety by adhering to ICON’s procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile:

  • A university degree in medicine, science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines with the ability to review and evaluate medical data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage queries promptly and effectively.
  • Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time (both international and domestic), and possession of a valid driver’s license.
