Job Summary:

ICON plc, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare intelligence, is hiring a Clinical Research Associate II/Senior Clinical Research Associate for a home-based role in Brisbane, Australia. In this exciting position, you will partner with a leading pharmaceutical company on vaccine studies, offering impactful contributions to life-saving clinical trials while enjoying career advancement opportunities in a supportive, remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site monitoring activities for vaccine studies.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for study escalations across sites mainly in NSW/VIC and other Australian states.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Clinical Trial Master Files (CTMF).

  • Complete trip reports and study documentation in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate within a growing, remote-working team embedded with one dedicated client.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in health or life sciences.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of on-site monitoring experience in CRO or pharma environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic research setting.

  • Full working rights in Australia are mandatory.
