Job Title: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Responsibilities

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will be responsible for:

Performing various activities at clinical trial (CT) sites as per protocol requirements.
Monitoring and overseeing clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with the study protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
Conducting site initiation visits, routine monitoring visits, and close-out visits.
Verifying that the rights and well-being of human subjects are protected.
Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data collection.
Reviewing and ensuring proper documentation of informed consent.
Managing and resolving data queries and discrepancies.
Collaborating with site staff and other team members to ensure the smooth conduct of clinical trials.
Preparing monitoring reports and other documentation required by the study.

Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant experience in clinical research.

Compensation

Annual salary ranging from 3-5 Lacs.
