About the Role
Lambda Therapeutic Research is looking for a Clinical Research Associate I to support business development and clinical research intelligence activities. The role involves analyzing clinical trial registries, regulatory databases, and pharmaceutical market data to identify potential sponsors, generate qualified leads, and provide strategic insights for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Trial & Regulatory Intelligence
Search and analyze clinical trial registries to identify potential sponsors and business opportunities.
Review regulatory databases including:
ClinicalTrials.gov
SEC Filings
ANDA Databases
Monitor drug development pipelines, regulatory approvals, and market trends.
Track sponsor activities, clinical programs, and expansion opportunities.
Lead Generation & Business Development Support
Build and maintain structured lead databases for Business Development teams.
Identify pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and generic companies suitable for CRO partnerships.
Support sponsor identification and market expansion initiatives.
Improve lead quality through targeted research and profiling.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Perform data mining and competitive intelligence activities.
Analyze large datasets using Excel and reporting tools.

Market Research Reports
Dashboards
Sponsor Tracking Reports
Generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
AI-Based Prospecting & Outreach
Utilize AI-powered prospecting platforms such as:
Apollo.ai
CRM Systems
Marketing Automation Tools
Support bulk outreach and lead nurturing campaigns.
Maintain accurate prospect databases and outreach records.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
Clinical Trial Management (CTM) Team
Business Development Team
Market Research Teams
Support targeting strategies and business development initiatives.
Coordinate research findings and business opportunities with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Education:
B.Pharm
M.Pharm
M.Sc. (Life Sciences)
Equivalent Life Science Degree
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Clinical Research.
Experience in Clinical Trials, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, or Business Development.
CRO or Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred
