Job Summary

Medpace is seeking motivated candidates to join its Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Training Program. No prior clinical research experience is required, as selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training through Medpace's PACE® (Professionals Achieving CRA Excellence) Program.

Successful candidates often come from diverse healthcare and life science backgrounds, including:

PACE® CRA Training Program

The Medpace PACE® Program provides:

  • Comprehensive initial and ongoing CRA training

  • Interactive discussions and practical job-related exercises

  • Hands-on field and in-house training

  • Exposure to various clinical research departments

  • Understanding of drug and medical device development processes

  • Development into an independent, high-performing CRA


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits

  • Communicate with investigators, coordinators, physicians, and site staff

  • Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities, and resources

  • Review medical records and source documents against case report forms (CRFs)

  • Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements

  • Verify subject eligibility and enrollment criteria

  • Review regulatory documentation

  • Monitor investigational product/device accountability and inventory

  • Review adverse events (AEs), serious adverse events (SAEs), and concomitant medications

  • Evaluate patient recruitment and retention performance

  • Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up documentation

  • Identify and communicate protocol deviations and corrective actions


Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, or related field preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60–80% within India)

Preferred Qualification

  • Prior Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) experience is an advantage

Salary Criteria

Expected Salary Range: ₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA (Approx.) depending on educational background, relevant experience, interview performance, and location.
