We are seeking a Clinical Research – Analytical Scientist II to join our Princeton laboratory team. This role is critical for conducting and analyzing biological sample testing, supporting bioanalytical method development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process, analyze, and document biological samples according to SOPs and established procedures.

  • Participate in developing, validating, and reviewing bioanalytical methods.

  • Initiate analysis runs using appropriate instruments and software, following laboratory protocols.

  • Analyze results and support resolution of bioanalytical issues.

  • Assist with data integration, revision, and management using specialized computer applications.

  • Maintain lab safety by managing chemical and biological waste and ensuring clean, functional equipment.

  • Support laboratory users by performing technical tasks and ensuring smooth lab operations.

  • Comply with corporate, divisional, and SOP guidelines, performing other tasks as assigned by management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.

  • Strong understanding of bioanalytical laboratory processes and techniques.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and analytical software; experience with chromatography software preferred.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in a laboratory or clinical research context.

  • Bilingual English proficiency (Quebec-specific); able to understand simple messages and follow instructions.

  • Alternative certifications may be considered based on experience.
