Clinical Project Coordinator – Novartis (Hyderabad)
Novartis is hiring a Clinical Project Coordinator in Hyderabad, India to support Clinical Science and drug development operations. In this role, you will assist clinical teams with project management activities, cross-functional coordination, and clinical process support to ensure clinical science initiatives are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with clinical development teams, clinical science directors, and internal stakeholders to manage project timelines, coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and track key performance metrics. This role is suitable for professionals with experience in clinical research, drug development operations, and clinical project coordination within pharmaceutical or biotech environments. The estimated salary for this role ranges from ₹6 LPA to ₹10 LPA depending on experience in clinical operations and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project activities supporting Clinical Science initiatives.
Provide operational support for medical/clinical processes and clinical compliance or quality programs.
Plan and organize meetings, workshops, and project discussions, ensuring agendas and follow-ups are properly managed.
Act as the first point of contact for project stakeholders, tracking deliverables and escalating issues when necessary.
Capture and analyze project metrics and performance data to support data-driven decisions.
Maintain and manage SharePoint sites and project documentation for clinical teams.
Manage calendars, communication channels, and documentation to ensure smooth project operations.
Support clinical development leadership with presentations, reports, and functional meeting preparation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical development activities align with project goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a business-related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in drug development, clinical operations, or clinical project coordination.
Understanding of clinical research processes and drug development lifecycle.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
