We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to collaborate with pharmacy teams, prescribers, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals in a pediatric psychiatry setting. This role ensures safe, effective, and individualized medication therapy for patients.
✅ Medication Management: Promote safe and effective medication use in a pediatric setting.
✅ Clinical Interventions: Detect, prevent, and resolve drug-related issues.
✅ Patient-Centered Care: Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services based on age and disease-specific needs.
✅ Leadership & Research: Support medication policies, evidence-based strategies, and clinical research.
✅ Preceptorship: Mentor pharmacy residents and students.
✔️ Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy
✔️ Licensure: Eligible for Ohio Pharmacist License (must obtain before start date)
