Position Title: Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Cincinnati, OH, United States
Salary: $98,000.00 - $172,000.00 annually (Additional compensation based on performance and location)

Position Summary:

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist at Sam's Club! In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including accurately dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and offering counseling on health care and medications. You’ll maintain confidentiality and oversee safety, operational, and quality assurance activities while ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Dispense medications accurately and provide health counseling to members regarding prescriptions and over-the-counter options.

  • Immunization: Administer immunizations and maintain up-to-date certifications.

  • Customer Service: Provide direction and guidance to associates on best practices for member service, resolving issues efficiently within company guidelines.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company, state, and federal regulations and monitor safety and quality assurance protocols.

  • Leadership: Foster a supportive environment for associates, ensuring high performance and professional development in line with Walmart’s core values.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent (FPGEC - NABP).

  • Licensure: Active pharmacy license (must be obtained by job entry date).

  • Immunization Training: Completion of ACPE-accredited immunization training (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, or State Pharmacy Association).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in pharmacy leadership or patient care in a similar setting is preferred.
