Location: Myrtle Creek, OR – Roseburg, OR

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Pharmacy or Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.)
Active Pharmacist license in good standing for the state of Oregon
Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance, adhering to state and federal regulations
Comply with HIPAA and all applicable laws and regulations
Drive business growth through recommended clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
Provide exceptional customer service and healthcare counseling
Address and resolve customer issues to build trust and loyalty
Supervise support staff and assist in training and management responsibilities
Prioritize tasks within the Pharmacy Department to ensure timely completion, including inventory management and will-calls
Maintain security and cleanliness of the Pharmacy department
Collaborate with physicians to resolve prescription-related issues
Relocate to Southern Oregon (within a 45-minute drive from Roseburg or Myrtle Creek)

Store Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
