Clinical Operations Specialist – Remote (India)

Job Summary

Syneos Health is hiring a Clinical Operations Specialist for a fully remote position based in India. This role supports the smooth execution of clinical trials, ensures participant safety, and coordinates regulatory compliance throughout study operations. Ideal for professionals with 2+ years of experience in clinical operations, this opportunity allows you to work with one of the world's top CROs in advancing clinical research and global healthcare.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure participant safety and adherence to medical procedures in line with study protocols.

  • Review and execute clinical trial procedures in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

  • Recruit and maintain communication with clinical trial volunteers and patients.

  • Follow global and regional regulatory guidelines throughout trial execution.

  • Collaborate on the development of study materials, such as consent forms and manuals.

  • Monitor trial progress, address issues, and ensure continuous process improvements.

  • Support organizational and administrative functions under supervision.

  • Perform tasks using knowledge of clinical operations systems and practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical operations or related roles.

  • Knowledge of clinical research protocols and regulatory frameworks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management software.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) preferred.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
