Clinical Operations Specialist – Syneos Health, Pune

Job Summary

Syneos Health is hiring a Clinical Operations Specialist in Pune to support Phase 1–4 clinical trials with high standards of operational excellence and patient safety. This role is ideal for professionals with 2+ years of clinical operations experience, strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and a passion for safeguarding participant well-being while managing study execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure medical and procedural safety of research subjects during clinical studies.

  • Review protocols and conduct procedures per GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Recruit and manage communication with clinical trial volunteers and patients.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop informed consent forms and study materials.

  • Monitor study progress and proactively resolve trial-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with compliance standards.

  • Provide operational and administrative support under supervision.

  • Adapt to evolving trial needs while maintaining procedural accuracy.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, Associate's or higher degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical operations or a related role.

  • Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.

  • Certification in CCRC (preferred); BLS certification required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CTMS tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation standards.

  • Strong communication, team collaboration, and organizational abilities.
